Kindergarten to get Ice Cream at Whistle Stop

On Friday, May 29th, the kindergarten students will be walking to the Whistle Stop to get an ice cream cone. To cover the cost of the ice cream, please send your permission form and $1.00 to school by Friday, May 22nd. In case of rain, the school will try to schedule a rain date on Tuesday, June 2.

Is this a safe thing to be doing ???????????? Crossing a State highway for ice cream with how many of your babies that should be in safe classrooms. Those that dream up these excursions are the ones that shouldn't be teaching in our school system.
